TigerDirect se fait refuser l'injonction

Société - JusticeSuite à ce blog chez nous, nous apprenons, via cet article de SlashDot que l'injonction sur le nom Tiger, demandée par TigerDirect, sera refusée.

Apple pourra donc utiliser le terme Tiger pour identifier et vendre MacOS X 10.4 en toute légalité Wink
